Pricing

How to we charge for our service?

We will provide a fix-price proposal along with a Solution-Concept as part of the initial reviews of your request. Upon your confirmation we will start working on a solution and attach it to the request once completed (click here for more details in regards to the solution-process). You will receive an invoice which has to be settled within 14 days. In case of reccuring usage of our service you can also request a monthly invoice to simplify the billing processes for all parties involved.

Note that we will only send you an invoice after you have actively ‘approved’ a solution to one of your requests. In case you are of the opinion that our solution does not cover what we promised in our Solution-concept – the one that we provide as part of our solution-process –  we do expect to receive your amendments and have the possibility for rework. Of course we will try to avoid this loop by delivering exactly what we agreed on before.

Please note that the solution itself will remain our intellectual property and you are not allowed to use it unless we have received your payment.
